With Cerec 3D technology you can have a crown completed in one visit. Yes, you can have a crown completed in one visit. Computerized technology allow the crown to be completed right in our office. That means no messy impressions, no uncomfortable temporary crowns, no waiting for your final crown to come back from the lab. You save valuable time, because your treatment is completed in one visit.

How do we do this? Your tooth is properly prepared for the CEREC restoration, an OPTICAL IMPRESSION is taken by capturing a computerized image of your tooth. The restoration is then designed with the assistance of the computer (CAD CAM technology). The milling portion of the computer then makes your crown out of a porcelain block. This takes about 10 minutes. The completed restoration is then permanently cemented with the most advanced bonding techniques.
